Center for Respite Care is a 14-bed 24-hour facility for homeless people who are either too sick for a shelter or have been recently discharged from a hospital and need a safe place for recuperation. Patients receive basic short-term medical and nursing care as well as social services while they recover from illnesses.

Health Resource Center – operating out of only two small treatment rooms, provides primary medical and behavioral health services to the homeless population at the Liberty St. Clinic in Cincinnati. Staff also provides mental health services.

Drop-Inn Center – From its early beginnings, the Drop Inn Center has realized the need to provide treatment alternatives for addicts and alcoholics who are trapped by the cycle of homelessness and substance abuse. The Drop Inn Center Recovery Program is a six-month treatment program for substance abusers who are homeless and unable to afford other treatment alternatives.

FreeStore/FoodBank – operates the Representative Payee Program to provide money management, advocacy and case management to individuals who are homeless and/or at risk of becoming homeless. FreeStore/FoodBank staff payees work with clients referred by the Cincinnati Health Network by performing tasks in these five key areas; budgeting, banking, housing referral and advocacy, and crisis intervention.

Mobile Health Van – The Cincinnati Health Network in partnership with the Cincinnati Health Department, jointly operates a Mobile Medical Van providing quality comprehensive health care to men, women and children at citywide homeless shelters, transitional housing programs, and designated street locations. The Cincinnati Health Department provides a medical staff support team along with much needed laboratory and pharmaceutical services.

Mobile Health Van – Thrive and Grow Program – Through this collaborative effort with the Interfaith Hospitality Network, Proctor & Gamble, University Family Physicians, Inc, and the Cincinnati Health Network, behavioral health services are provided to pediatric patients at the shelter program.

The University of Cincinnati Department of Family Medicine, Inc. – provides a full complement of physician support on the Mobile Medical Van. The Medical providers of UFP, Inc have been instrumental in expanding the training opportunities for Residents and Medical students within the Health Care for the Homeless Program.
